About This Lister

Hi, I’m Arlette! This apartment has been my cherished home since 2020. Although I moved in with my boyfriend last year, I’ve kept this room as my personal retreat—a place I hold close to my heart.

I recently opened my third brick-and-mortar store just 3 blocks away, making this location incredibly convenient for me to check on the store and hop on the L train to visit my other locations. However, as I no longer need to be at the stores myself, the space is currently empty. My brother will visit from Italy in two months, but until then, I’d like to rent it to someone who will use the space respectfully.

I’m originally from Milan and moved to NYC 15 years ago. I own a dog grooming business called Now You’re Clean, with two locations in Manhattan and one in Williamsburg. This apartment holds a special place in my journey, as the concept and foundation of my business were built right here.
