Location is Berry and South 2nd which is (I’m biased) the best location in Williamsburg bc residential street but so close to the best restos, bars, 2 blocks from waterfront park, 8 mins to subway, etc. Subway stop is Bedford Ave which is the first stop on the L in Brooklyn, so fast to Union Square. Also walking distance to JMZ trains (Marcy Ave).
Studio description: hardwood floor, some exposed brick walls & some drywall (kitchen & dining area). Sleeping alcove at the front with queen bed, nightstands, and fireplace (not in use). Sleeping area has a huge window that faces east, which is really nice for light but has a blackout roller shade behind the curtains for late risers :) The living area has a large sofa, coffee table, huge TV, and across from that there’s a dining area with a marble table that seats 4. Window in kitchen area at the back of the apartment. The kitchen has stainless steel sink + appliances, (gas oven, large fridge) granite counter, etc.. with dishwasher and microwave. Basic cooking/eating supplies are provided (pots/pans plates utensils glassware). Bathroom is across from kitchen. Across from bathroom is washer dryer, air conditioner, closet area, and door to our private backyard w grill, tables & chairs and my little garden. Rent is $4000 includes utilities. Open to long-term and short-term sublets (inquire for weekly pricing).
