Looking for someone to sublet my beautiful, fully-furnished and equipped Fort Greene home for six months (ideally - open to discussing timing, though). I’ve put a lot of love into creating this home and am looking for someone who will take care of it as their own and enjoy being in Fort Greene! My dog Moby and I love everything about this apartment and this special Brooklyn neighborhood.

The apartment has access to a large garden, which is great for grilling out and having al fresco dinners. It is extremely quiet, so you can barely tell you’re in the city when you’re in the apartment, and with the yard, you almost feel like you’re in a little oasis.

You’re two short blocks from Fort Greene park and Dekalb Avenue, where you can find a half dozen of the best restaurants in Brooklyn. Another short walk away is the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Mark Morris Dance Center, the Center for Fiction, and nearly every subway line that can take you to Manhattan (and Broadway) in just half an hour.

The apartment is equipped with everything you should need for cooking, grilling, fitness, coffee, reading, working from home, and there’s even a keyboard, if you play piano. In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The building is small, with 8 apartments, a beautiful rooftop, and a code for the lobby for packages.
