(Unfurnished-but have some stuff if needed) The building is located downtown, and just a block or two from the beach! Right near Surfers Point… The views are amazing! Large kitchen with great appliances, clean private bathroom, awesome roof deck - you can see past Ojai and out to the ocean/Channel Islands! possibility for additional space as an option if needed. Lease is month to month.. so I can’t guarantee very long term, but have been here for three years. I will occupy the two small bedrooms - and other bathroom in the condo. I am a female in mid 40’s… working as a freelance photographer/artist.. I am very easy going, and like to keep things clean and simple. Looking for one person, who is respectful, clean, and like minded. Neighborhood is walkable, Main St. is two blocks away. Great restaurants and bars in a very cool little town.
