I'm seeking a smoke/drug-free, clean, peaceful, pet-free (allergic to cats) home with a private full bathroom.
Hardwood floors, great sunlight and space for a queen bed w/nightstands, dresser, etc.
I'm an active 50 something artist with a steady job in furniture sales/home staging.
Love a simple, healthy, holistic lifestyle. I meditate, journal and cook healthy meals.
I very rarely have visitors and shut all devices off by 10 pm.
I'm quiet, neat and tidy and looking for the same if a roommate situation is available.
Willing to clean and take out the trash in exchange for a lower rent.
I hope to move my personal items from storage by April 27th at the latest and would love to hang my art and feel cozy again.
