Hello!

I'm a visual artist in my early 30's, transitioning from LA.

I am looking for a room for rent around May 1st, ideally for a year lease, that would stay under or around 1k, so that I can have a studio as well.

I don't require much in regards to room accommodations, other than a window :)

I am open to neighborhoods near or with an easy commute to bed stuy or bushwick, as I am seeing these are good neighborhoods for finding affordable studio space.

I'm very tidy, clean, and pleasant. I'm a hard worker, so when I'm home, I do appreciate my alone time, but happy to be social and perhaps do dinners or coffees together, if that's the vibe.
