Our house is a 3 bed spacious (3000sq ft) mid century home, with stunning views of both the Hollywood sign and DTLA!

The house has 3 bedrooms (a primary, a second bedroom and a nursery which can be switched to a bedroom with a double bed if needed).

There are 3 bathrooms, 1 with a tub and 2 with showers.

There are 2 beautiful living rooms - both with amazing views and large couches. One has a bar!

The kitchen is fully stocked and has all you would need.

Outside there is a pool (which can be heated), and an outdoor dining area which looks it at the amazing views!

We also have a garage that has a home gym in it including weights, a peloton and a boxing bag.

There is parking for 2 cars but also ample street parking. We are 2 mins walk from a newly fitted park with kids play area and basketball court, and 5 mins walk from month Stoneview nature Center and the top of the Blair hills scenic overlook.

The area we are in (Blair Hills) is a really lovely, secluded and quiet neighborhood. It is a hidden gem!

We are British expats living in LA. We are heading home to England for December and January hence our place will be empty.

We absolutely love this house (and have been here for 5 years) - it has a magic feel to it (especially at night when the lights in LA start to sparkle!). It really is breath taking!
