Hello! I'm traveling to NYC and SF regularly for work and would like to swap for a similar apartment, one time or repeatedly if it works well. My dates for your place are fairly firm but I could be flexible on the LA side.

My place is a one bedroom one bath (with tub) side by side duplex, with living room, dining area, full kitchen, private backyard. There is abundant street parking and free laundry shared with the other unit. It's a great location, close to 110 freeway and a super short drive or nice walk to many shops in Highland Park. Huge and beautiful Debs park is just a few minutes walk away. Strong wi-fi. Good vibes, very chill neighborhood and apartment.

I'm looking to swap with a similar, clean, cared for space in NYC and SF Bay. In NYC preferably within 40 minutes train to Penn Station area, where I'll be working. In the Bay, I am open to Oakland or SF.
