Midnight Meadow is a bright and airy, fully furnished, and recently renovated ranch home in the heart of The Catskills in Sullivan County, located 2 hours from NYC.

Set on 6+ private acres with meadow views, the house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths–perfect for a family or a group of friends. Amenities include a fireplace, fire pit, mini split units in each bedroom, large smart TV in living room, fully functional kitchen, large back deck (with a grill!) overlooking the meadow, and access to the best hiking and dining in the region. The lively town of Callicoon is less than 5 minutes away.

The primary bedroom is expansive and boasts a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. A pair of french doors allow private access out to the deck. The guest bedrooms are also spacious and well-designed, two being Queen-sized and the other full-sized.

The minimalist, Scandi-Esque decor gives the comfort and peacefulness you would anticipate in an Upstate home.

There is a brand new washer/dryer located in the basement. Wifi/utilities included in monthly rent.

Ideally, we're looking for someone to take over the home for a 7.5 month period, from November to mid June. However, we're open to longer term rentals as well. Shorter term will have to be determined on a case by case basis.
