My wife and I live here full time, we run a film production company and are currently on tour with our feature film and looking to sublet while we are gone.

We are the current tenants of the space.
Rental requirements
Each month rent to be paid up front no later than the 30th of each month ( to allow us an extra day to pay through the building's online rental portal).
Must sign an application with the building manager (no cost).
Pets Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed
