The apartment is located in Wedding - ofe of the most authentic and ungentrified areas in the central part of Berlin. You will find a melting pot of ethnical communities here. The area is vibrant and never asleep. However the apartment offers a great source of tranquility, as the living room and balcony overlook a small private park.
The apartment is very cozy and has a nice sound system. Apart from that, there is not much of an entertainment system, no TV and no coffee mashine (I have a rice cooker though).
The bed is king size and has a brand new super comfortable mattress. There is a huge mirrored cupboard, that you can use half of.

I rent my apartment since 2019 and put a lot of heart into decorating it. I would love to find a person who is loving it as much as I do and has a great time living there, while I spend a month writing in Athens, Greece.

Rental requirements
All additional fees (internet, energy) are already included in the total price. Deposit is depending on number of people renting, if pets are coming as well ets.
I will create a subletting contract for both of our security.
Pets Policy
If your pet is very well trained, doesnt destroy furniture etc., it is very welcome at my place. I might ask for a (higher) deposit though.
