My partner and I will be traveling and are looking for a single, couple, or a small group of friends to rent our spacious and sunny apartment with two baths and two south facing balconies in Berlin Neukölln. It can be sublet for 1 to 3 months, May, June, July 2025. There are some plants that need watering once a week but otherwise all is easy maintenance. We love our apartment and want it to be treated with respect—dinner with friends welcome. No parties.

The apartment is just a short walk from the Hermannstraße U8/S-Bahn station, with easy access to Schillerkiez and Tempelhofer Feld (15 min walk). The area is well-connected and with cute restaurants and cafes. The art spaces Spore Initiative and Kindl are very close by. The apartment is south facing and has lots of sun.
