One bedroom on the second floor of a duplex, furnished with a full bed, desk and clothes rack. The room leads to a private deck complete with a barbecue and patio set.

You would share the bathroom and the rest of the apartment with me and my cat :) I have a very cuddly kitty who loves rubbing up on new friends but she does not go to the upstairs room. Me and the cat work from home so this would be perfect for someone in town for a quick visit or work trip.

Nestled in the heart of Bed-Stuy just off of Herbert Von King Park, the apartment has large, southern-facing windows, a tree-shaded balcony, private deck and a washer/dryer/dishwasher on the first floor (where the main bedroom and office are also located).

The apartment is on the top floor of a four-story walkup (no elevators) a block off of Herbert Von King Park and close to coffee shops, bodegas, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and more. The nearest train is about 3 blocks away (G Train - Bedford/Nostrand stop) and there are buses running along Lafayette and Dekalb.

I'm a film producer based between LA and this spot here :) When I'm in town, I'm mostly working from home in my office. Sometimes I have to head out of town for a few nights - I might ask you to feed my kitty if this is the case but then the place is all yours!
