True large one bedroom walking distance from Prospect Park! Pre-war very cool building in Flatbush/PLG. 1 queen bed, desk/workspace, large living room and real kitchen. I love living here. Laundry in basement. Courtyard in building. Elevator building, southeast facing with very good light. Wifi, TV with all the streaming you need, Peloton. Very pet friendly (usually I am here with my dog). Clean and Furnished. Walking distance from Cortelyou which has the best restaurants and stores. Really great community, a nice escape from the busyness of Manhattan. You will be very happy here!

2 minute walk to the B/Q train. They’ve been doing a little construction recently but it hasn’t been disruptive to my commuting. Takes 25 minutes to get to Union Square, 20 minutes into Manhattan.

I’ll be out of town for Christmas and away on work through January, so the dates are flexible.
