My apartment will be available to sublet from January - July. I've got some flexibility on the start and end dates, so please feel free to reach out with what works best for you and I'll try to accommodate.

The apartment is up one flight of stairs in a classic Brooklyn home and includes an in-unit combo washer/dryer, dishwasher, and full size fridge. Just a couple blocks from Domino Park and so many great restaurants and shops.

Basics such as towels and bedding can be provided if needed as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Access to the backyard is through the side gate for bike storage.

The building has a strictly no smoking and no pet policy.
