Looking for someone to temporarily rent a room in a large home in Adams Hill, Glendale which is borders Atwater Village and Glassell Park . I am a female television producer who works from home. I have two dogs (a labradoodle and a terrier). The house truly dreamy…with a hardwood floors, a large backyard, central air, laundry room, large kitchen, dining room, and living room. Lots of windows. There is an alarm system and front yard and backyard cameras. There is always plenty of ample street parking as well. The room for rent sits right along the backyard and could be entered separately thru the backyard should you wish to do so. It has an attached private bathroom and large walk in closet. Looking for someone who is tidy, lives quietly, and needs a peaceful place to stay for at least 6 months or so. If all goes well we can renew from there. Unfortunately I can’t accept more animals into the house. This person must be okay with the my dogs barking from time to time (they like to keep watch at the front window).
