Five bedrooms rooms total in a 2,000 sq ft space with two full bathrooms, large communal dining room and living room spread out over two floors plus a private courtyard.
The previous tenant was here for more than 15 years. Very respectful roommates who all have diverse, active lives so we’re not on top of each other.
Located on same block as Bar Bruno and Mazzolla Bakery. Laundry across the street. Three grocery stores within ten minutes walk and much more within one mile. Convenient, very friendly neighborhood. Easy access to trains: F/G at Carroll St or 4/5/2/3 at Borough Hall. Lots of Citibike stations.
There are already two cats in the apartment so other pets would not be welcome, unfortunately.
