Hi! I am looking for a roommate starting May 1st in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with washer/dryer + dishwasher off Franklin Ave/Prospect Pl. in Crown Heights. Just a short walk from A/C/S/4/5/2/3 train lines! The space is fully furnished except for the bedroom. It is a renovated brownstone with exposed brick walls and gets tons of sunlight with its north-facing windows. I also love the tall ceilings that make it feel extra spacious. There are two cats you’d be living with - Roscoe and Pip, but I keep everything super clean, and the litter box is in my bathroom. No additional pets in the space per the landlord.

The monthly rent is 2K with central AC and heating included. Utilities not included are gas and Fios internet, usually ~$100 total per month. The room is available until the end of the current lease on 3/31/26 with a flexible month-to-month living agreement in case life happens. BR measurements: 8.6 ft (L) x 9.4 ft (W) x ~8 ft (H).
