Perched a couple blocks above the silverlake reservoir is our epic property. Two stories and two sprawling decks- one with a view of the Observatory and the hollywood sign. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms; 1600 square feet of house plus 12,000sq ft of outdoor space for you and your animals to roam. Upstairs is accessible, no ramp or steps to climb to enter. 2nd level is below and requires the tenant to walk down a flight of stairs.

We want to come be in NYC near my mom. Ideally in a West Village duplex that opens up into a garden. near the Hudson River if possible. 1 bedroom will suffice, two bedrooms is ideal but it’s just two of us and we are a couple. 2nd bedroom would be a work space.

Dates are flexible. But we want to be there starting this summer.

A married couple- two women plus an amazing dog. Both filmmakers, very busy and work oriented, spend most of our time writing at home when not on location.
