It’s a sweet bungalow on a quiet residential street. A two bedroom that gets lots of light. One of the bedrooms has a designated workspace and a pullout sofa bed. The other bedroom has a king bed on an remote-adjustable platform for maximum rest and relaxation. We have lovingly decorated the space and are always adding new pieces and plants. We love love living here and we are headed to New York for the summer, hoping to stay at a space that is equally loved and centrally located. There is central air and heat. There are hardwood floors. There is a formal dining area. There’s a large pantry to store food. There is a washer and dryer on site. This is an attached home. We have the best neighbors who will always lend a helping hand and are pleasure to share a wall with. The porch is perfect for morning or sunset sits with a book or coffee or a glass of wine or for meditation. Our driveway fits two cars.
For our swap in Brooklyn. We are looking for a one or two bedroom apartment, one bath at least, that is pet friendly. We are looking for something that has been well maintained and cared for by its owners or renters. We are looking for a place in the Fort Greene, Clinton Hill or Williamsburg areas, preferably but are open to other nearby areas including Bedstuy, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Dumbo, Park Slope, Cobble Hill, Greenpoint. We are looking for a space that is quiet and has good Wi-Fi as at least one of us will likely be working from the space. We are looking for a walkability for walking our dog and easily going out for food and groceries and to meet friends. I ideally the space would have well-working air conditioning and multiple sitting areas. Idealy there would be a TV with steaming capabilities and couch to rest comfortably together after work. Hardwood or laminate floors are ideal. And generally a space that is easy to clean as we are cleaning often. We would really love some bit of outdoor space whether it’s a balcony or a backyard especially because it will give us some options for letting our dog and ourselves out for some sun while we’re working.
