This bright and airy semi-private studio measures 15.5' x 23.5' with pristine white walls and floors. The 10.5 ft ceilings, with large exposed timber beams, create an open, inspiring environment. A central skylight fills the space with natural light, complemented by LED track lighting and fluorescent tube lights, that are on separate switches. There is an in-unit AC and heater which can be set to your desired temp.

Located on the second floor of a small commercial building just off the Halsey L stop, the studio offers 24/7 access and generally easy street parking. Note that the studio is semi-private; a door in the far left corner connects to the third studio space, meaning one of the other artists will need to pass through this area to access her studio. She usually works in the nighttime.

Upon entering the unit, you'll find a shared kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette, located in the common hallway, is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water filter, and prep counter. The shared bathroom is also conveniently accessible.

The studio is part of a vibrant community of three studios, currently occupied by a botanical sculptor and a jeweler. Our space fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, where we often exchange feedback, and motivation, and engage in friendly conversations.

Rent includes Wi-Fi, electricity, and garbage services.
