Hello! My husband and I are subletting our partially furnished 1.5 bedroom, 1 bathroom in Carroll Gardens from January 15, 2025 - September 1, 2025 with the possibility of an extension or lease takeover. We absolutely adore our apartment and are only leaving because we’re moving abroad.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit brownstone with a large bedroom and a small back room that can be used as an office, nursery, workout space, closet etc. The apartment gets amazing light, is equipped with a large dishwasher and while there’s no laundry in unit/builiding, there is a laundromat is just on the corner.

The neighborhood is a dream — Lucali and Untable are up the block, a Key Foods and a Union Market are just a few blocks away, and there are plenty of cafes and shops along Smith and Court. Cobble Hill Park and Carrol Park within walking distance and the closest train is the Carroll F/G stop (about a 7 minute walk).

We will be leaving some furniture in the apartment but are flexible.

No smoking.
No pets.
