About This Lister

I work in Tech and specialize in designing tools that help cities/orgs fight climate change. I like to keep my space very clean and tidy, and generally minimalist. I moved into the building/unit right after it opened, and I can say that I love the apt, building and neighborhood.

To be clear, I will not be in the unit, it will be just you.

Looking for a clean, tidy, and thoughtful person to both respect and enjoy my home. No parties. No pets (sorry). I only ask that you treat my home with respect, as if it was your own.

I'm partial towards someone who knows how to take care of plants, BUT I will leave simple care instructions that anyone can follow. You are not permitted to move, clip, or take my plants - any significant damage to my plants will be taken out of your deposit. Please just let them thrive :)

I will need to speak with you over a call to get to know you. Please send your LinkedIn in your email response as well as any other info to get to know you.

I will send over an agreement for you to review and counter-sign, then you'll pay a deposit to hold the unit, and lastly the entire rent cost will be due when you arrive at the unit.
