Room available in a bright and spacious two bedroom one block off beautiful Mcgolrick park. Equidistant to the G and L trains and minutes from all the good “downtown greenpoint” spots.

The room is 12 x 16 feet with a generous amount of closet storage, and can be furnished with a dresser and queen mattress if needed. The rest of the apartment is kitted out so ideally you don’t have much furniture.

Two iterations are possible:

A part time scenario — perhaps you live upstate or out of town and are in the city for work a chunk of the month? If that’s the case, let me know your situation and we can talk. Rent would be $1,300 / month all in.

A full time scenario would be $1,650

Move-in is flexible but ideally for March 1st
