Location: LEIF Home & Gift — 99 Grand Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn (This job listing is for this location specifically! We're seeking someone with high energy, accountability, attention to detail, ability to multitask along with having a strong love of retail — this location requires a very specific kind of person who can keep up with a *lot* and who thrives on being very busy.
Schedule: 1-2 days (8-16 hours)/week (Saturdays and/or Sundays - some weeks will just be Sundays, some weeks will be both Saturdays & Sundays).

Responsibilities include:
+ Conduct sales transactions on POS, accurately ringing up and packing items with care and attention
+ Being an all-star salesperson by offering suggestions/guidance and making sales while conveying an energetic authenticity and friendly familiarity with customers.
+ Promptly and thoroughly restocking merchandise after every sale and refreshing/maintaining the sales floor throughout the day
+ Keeping back stock neat and organized, restocking and replenishing supplies throughout the day
+ Customer service while exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication
+ Maintaining the storefront (organizing, cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, etc).

Requirements:
+ Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
+ Prior retail experience (applications with no prior retail experience will not be considered).
+ Extremely reliable and high accountability
+ An outgoing, warm, vibrant and friendly personality with an authentic, natural ease with people
+ Self starter who takes initiative
+ Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
+ Organized, efficient and aesthetically/visually inclined (gift wrapping, merchandising).
