We are looking for 1 part time person to work 10-15 hours a week now through at least the holiday season - until Christmas.
Applicant requirements:
Have worked in retail, preferably in a small business.
Availability some nights to close the shop at 8pm.
Likes being around people and is happy, fun and drama free.
Responsible, punctual and competant.
Responsibilities include:
Helping customers and working the register.
Opening or closing the shop, being a key holder.
Processing incoming orders and entering data into the POS system.

About Us
We are a small neighborhood gift and home shop located at 653 Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn. We sell an assortment of cool and fun gifts, kids stuff, home decor items and some vintage furniture. Our customers are mainly locals and we have been in the neighborhood for the past 7 years. We had 2 locations but recently consolidated to 1. We also have a backyard where we host lots of events (mostly free).
Our retail team consists of the owner, 1 full time person and we are looking for a part time person.
