I moved into this apartment with my best friend and she ended up needing to go back home so now a room is available!

The partially furnished bedroom is available for sublease in December (with possibility to extend). Room includes bed frame, mattress, desk and desk chair. We’re on the top floor of the building so it’s a four floor walk up and we have easy access to the roof!

A great neighborhood with lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants around. Loud Baby and Brooklyn Perk are some awesome coffee shops on the block. The entrance to Prospect Park is right around the corner!
