The apartment is fully furnished, complete with amenities such as a smart projector for entertainment, a Bluetooth speaker, a luxurious clawfoot bathtub with shower, and kitchen essentials including an espresso machine. Additionally, there is shared access to a washer/dryer.
We'll share access to the backyard which has a lovely little fire pit you can enjoy in the chilled fall weather.
We've got wonderful neighbors who look out for each other, and the house is a leisurely walk, short bike ride or a 3-10 min drive from most restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.
Having envisioned and refurbished this space upon relocating to Kingston five years ago, I've put a lot of love into this home and really enjoy sharing it with others. My partner and I live in the lower unit with our small pup, and are very relaxed and quiet. We prefer a tranquil living environment, and the space for rent upstairs is best for folks who want the same.
Monthly rent is $3,000, weekly rent is $800/wk. Security deposit is half of your total rent. No pets, please.

My name is Amanda (she/her) and I am the owner of the property and have been living in Kingston for 5 years. I put a lot of heart into mending the home and rebuilding the front and back yard and am so pleased get to share this home with others.
I live in the lower unit with my partner Barclay and our pup Omi, and spend my free time being in nature, taking on copious DIY projects, enjoying a fire in the fire pit, and little-by-little taking root into this beautiful Kingston community.
