Nestled on a quiet tree-lined street with well-maintained lawns, this apartment has WiFi, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and beautiful side and front lawn, with a feel that is chic and cozy, peaceful and comfortable.
Other conveniences include brand new filtered drinking water, a Fellow electric kettle, and Our Place 6-in-1 air fryer. The property is surrounded by lush yards and greenery.
Bedroom has a queen size bed with soft organic cotton sheets by Parachute, and a NOD memory foam mattress with memory foam pillows all by Tuft and Needle. It also has honeycomb blackout shades, with linen blackout curtains, Casper dimmer light, A/C window units, and AirDoctor air purifier for optimal sleeping. The windows face West with open views of a neighboring lawn. One wall is shared with the adjoining house.
This apartment is walking distance (or 3-minute drive) to the village area, including the Metro North train (which gets you into NYC in one hour), and some amazing gems such as LMNOP bakery (fresh baked pastries, croissants, lattes), The Reading Room (books and smoothies), Our North Store (women’s boutique), HIM by Catherin H (men’s boutique), and Old New House. There are also some wonderful restaurants such as The Whitlock, Blue Dolphin, and for a great burger – the Jay Street Café. For those interested in historic architecture, take a stroll two streets down to admire our beautiful Painted Ladies houses originally built in the mid 1800’s.

We accept short-term and long-term inquiries: $700 per week or $2,400 per month. We require a $700 refundable security deposit for all stays, 2 weeks or less. For stays longer than 2 weeks we will require a $1,200 refundable deposit. ALL payment is due prior to receiving check-in instructions, except if all 3.5 months are being rented. Each month will be due prior to the start of the new month. For any stay, we are requesting either copy of credit report or 2 months bank statements, plus 2 references.
Small, well behaved pets will be considered.
