This is a cute launchpad of an apartment in a perfect neighborhood in Greenpoint. You are walking distance to tons of good restaurants, grocery store, cafes, and shops. The G train is an 8 minute walk and the L train is a 20 minute walk. If you've never lived in Greenpoint you'll quickly learn that it's quite easy to get in/out of GP (either North into Queens and on to Manhattan or South into Brooklyn).

The apartment is furnished with a full size bed, couch, TV, small working desk and chair, storage for clothing and personal items, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and necessary cooking utensils.

The apartment is on the first floor, is cozy, and has a legendary bathtub perfect for warming up after being out in the city.

I'm living in LA and need to cover the remainder of the lease on this apartment. The apartment is rent stabilized (and often listed for $1000 over asking price), so if you fall in love with the place you could easily renew the lease.
