Hello and welcome to my warm-hued, sunny, secluded apartment! Marzipan would like to let you know that she's excited to meet you, provided you do all the things exactly how she wants them. That said, she's a pretty easy cat to take care of (young, healthy) and you'll have plenty of free time to enjoy your life. All utilities are included in the price of the stay (since you'll be living in my apartment and I still have to pay rent, I'm asking for a subsidized $350/week which is half-price in addition to pet care).

Duties: pet care (feed, play, give affection, keep water bowl full, keep litter box clean), bring in mail, water plants (once), take out trash and recycling
Layout: clean-ish, well-designed
Area: walkable, pretty quiet, 30 min commute to midtown
Amentities: Wi-Fi, backyard space; coin laundry is a 1 min walk
Accessibility: must access via stairs
