I'm subletting my apartment on the Ridgewood-Glendale border for winter and looking for a subletter. Dates are flexible - could begin between January 15 and February 1. End dates could be between April 15 and May 1.

The apartment is a third story walk up in a quiet, small family-owned six unit building. There are two bedrooms (one is my 9-year old child's and the other is the primary bedroom), as well as a studio/office space. The space is very cozy and is a corner unit that gets nice sunlight throughout the day.

The building is a 10-minute walk from the Fresh Pond M train, across the street from a CitiBike station, the B13, Q55 buses.

The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from many of Ridgewood's best restaurants and cafes including Topos, Pizza Panina, Rolos, Cassette, Peg's, and many others. We are also directly across the street from a Stop N' Shop grocery store.

All utilities including wifi will be included in the rent. TV equipped with Hulu, HBO, Criterion, Netflix. Full stocked kitchen with a beautiful cast iron sink for those who enjoy cooking.

I am ideally looking for a single/couple who will respect the space and enjoy its amenities. Perfect for folks who have remote work, or would enjoy extra space for working on art, writing.
