You'll also have your own, private gated entrance and extra storage under the stoop - perfect for bikes!

Utilities are included in the rent including electric, gas and high speed wi-fi.

There are two outdoor spaces - your private rear courtyard under the owner's deck which has a new, huge 5' x 4' skylight for daytime use and string lights installed for night time. There's also the front yard which you are free to use.

The apartment is just off the Myrtle Ave strip with lots of great bars, restaurants, coffee shops and all the amenities of Clinton Hill. We are a short walk to Pratt and also Steiner Studios and the Navy Yard. Fort Greene Park is only 10 minute walk away. Nearest subway stop is the G at Clinton/Washington which is about an 8min walk. There is also a Citi Bike dock half a block away and buses running at both ends of the block making connection to all subways very easy.
