The studio space is about 15' x15' and has two walls of floor to ceiling windows. Those windows have sheer and blackout curtains (taken down for cleaning in some of the pics) Just did a refresh on the floors to a sealed natural concrete. There is a small storage area next to the space. The building has 24hr access and has a loading dock with a freight elevator. There is a slop sink just outside of the studio space. This rental includes the use of:
