My partner and I are offering our house from Dec 1, 2024 to the end of April or May 2025, and potentially longer. Dates are somewhat flexible, one month minimum.

One of the two bedrooms can be completely cleared for your use (office space, etc), as well as the attached studio space. Easy access to the airport, central Portland / downtown in one direction and the Columbia River Gorge in the other. MAX and bus access for convenient commute. We've lived all over PDX in the last 12 years and this neighborhood is our favorite location.

We're looking for the right person / couple/ two roommates max to both enjoy and take good care of this space as their own. We have a great relationship with our neighbors; they're cool with outdoor dinners, movie nights, etc, but please no parties or loud music late at night. No smoking on the property, but you can walk out to the driveway/ street.

One small to mid-sized dog ok with prior approval.
