I'm looking to sublet my beautiful, 1BR apartment in historic Boerum Hill from late Nov to mid-April (dates are flexible). $4300 includes rent and utilities (power, central heat, internet). I'll still be in the area and will be available throughout the period, should you need anything or have questions about the apartment or getting around the area!

The apartment is on the same block as the Warren St F/G and a 10 min walk from both Jay St Metro Tech A/C/F/R and Hoyt Schermerhorn A/C/G. You'll be spoiled with easy access to Manhattan and the rest of BK. A beautiful, 20-min walk through Cobble Hill and Brooklyn Heights will bring you to Brooklyn Bridge Park.

This is a quiet 1 bed, 1 bath facing a private backyard, which houses a beautiful cherry tree. The building is small (8 units total), was constructed in 1876 and was fully renovated four years ago. I am the only tenant who has occupied the unit since the reno.

The apartment has Washer/Dryer in-unit, exposed brick in living room/kitchen and bedroom, an oversized shower with heated bathroom floors (and great water pressure!).

The minimalist kitchen has a built-in appliances (dishwasher, fridge) and an electric stovetop. The Living room has a Frame TV, a walnut desk and velvet sofa with views to the backyard. The bedroom has a full bed with down comforter.

Boerum Hill is an awesome neighborhood, full of countless restaurants, bars, shops and multiple grocery stores all within walking distance. I honestly feel like I never have to leave the neighborhood.
