-Heated pool and hot tub open until 11pm or midnight on weekends
-Full time doorman / security

Open for one guest, no couples please.

About my roommate:
Late twenties film finance guy. Straight, super sweet and polite, kept to himself. Works from home half the time and always in his room except for when he cooks dinner some nights. No shared walls or bathrooms. The bulk of the apartment separates the two rooms.

We keep the space very clean, no personal belongings left in the living area, and dishes get cleaned right after any cooking.
