Hi! I am subletting my Crown Heights 1 bedroom apartment from Dec 1 (2024) – Jan 31 (2025)! Dates are flexible and I'm potentially open to extending the number of months. I’m looking for someone who will treat the apartment as their own!

Neighborhood: Near all the fun parts of Crown Heights! Very near to Franklin Ave, Nostrand Ave, and President Street train stations (2, 3, 4, 5 trains) and local restaurants and bars like Bagel Pub, Ras, and Barboncino. A lot of grocery stores nearby. ~20 minute walk to Brooklyn Library, Museum, and Botanical Garden.

Bedroom: Full size bed, nightstand, closet, dresser, air purifier.

Living Room: A desk (can be used sitting or standing) with a monitor and keyboard for a convenient work setup. Also, a walking pad if you want to use the desk and get some steps in!
Also: 55" Roku TV, Wii, comfy couch, Hulu, Max, & Metrograph subscriptions. Lots of natural light.

Kitchen: All the usual amenities, plus table that doubles as dining area and extra counter space. Also an air fryer, blender, toaster, kettle etc.!

Laundry: In basement. Takes credit cards.

Other: The apartment is on the second floor, not many steps at all. There's also a rooftop with seating.

Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Singles only, no pets.
