I've owned this apartment for ten years and love it! I'm only subletting it because I'm moving into my fiancés apartment uptown. Fort Greene is arguably one of the best neighborhoods in Brooklyn. The location of the apartment can't be beat. All the neighbors are really cool and if you ever need anything I'll be readily available.

I hope to sublet to someone who is neat and respectful of my space and the neighbors. I have a very clean and minimalist nature and the person subletting would share the same qualities.

I'm looking to show the apartment over the next two weeks and have someone confirmed before the holidays. I'll be moving all my personal items (excluding furniture) out before your move in date.
