The apartment is on the 4th floor of a well-maintained, quiet building (walk-up) and consists of a bedroom, large living room, vestibule, and separate eat-in kitchen.

This would be suitable for an individual or couple, great for working from home.

No pets and no smoking. Utilities not included in price. There is no laundry in building, but 2 laundromats within a block.
