Fully private, 280 sq ft art studio or office available in the Brooklyn Navy Yards. The studio is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a well-maintained freight elevator, slop sink, and bathroom.

You will have keycard access to the Navy Yards, and can also get a parking pass for an extra fee. Utilities are $75/mo and cover electric and building water & trash fees.

Please, no toxic materials or consistent use of power tools. Ideal tenant would be someone who uses it for photography/ design/ editing/ writing.

Strictly no live/work tenants.
