Looking for 2 housemates (2 rooms available) to share my beautiful LA home with Stunning Views, Spacious Deck and Wood-Beam Ceilings! It's an urban oasis yet minutes to the bustle of Highland Park/Echo Park/Downtown LA/South Pasadena and walking distance to the Metro Gold Line.

Perched high up on the hills of Mt. Washington, it's a nature sanctuary - majestic trees, walking trails, birds, owls and the Self Realization Center is just a few blocks away!

Your private treetop bedroom is on the upper level with wooden vaulted ceilings, and walk-in closet. You'd be sharing a bathroom with 1 housemate. I have my own and there’s also a guest bathroom.

You're not just renting a room, you're renting a home to share that has everything you need.

It's a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath
Room #1 Rent is $1,500 + $1,500 security deposit
Room #2 Rent is $1,425 + $1,425 security deposit
Utilities INCLUDED Gas/Water/Trash
Not included monthly - Wifi (about $30) and cleaning lady ($60)
Common areas are furnished.
No Pets unfortunately.
Must be ok with house rules and keeping up a CLEAN household.

*It should be noted that along with hilltop living, comes charming narrow, windy streets which does not work for everyone. It also means that if you have a big car/suv/truck, the parking situation will not work out.

AVAILABLE: November 1st for Room#1 and December 1st for Room#2 (3 month Lease to start with option to extend)
