Furnished private bedroom and a private bathroom in a 3 bedroom furnished apartment. Laundry is in unit. Building is a 2 unit townhouse/duplex with a cute front yard and ample, easy street parking.

The area is Atwater Village (near Silverlake) which is super walkable with grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, libraries, drug stores, a post office and many other amenities in walking distance. Easy access to several highways and the rest of LA via car.

We turned our attached garage into a multipurpose room that currently functions as a home theater, workout room and music studio/practice space. It is flexible for whatever you need it to be. Bedroom is furnished with a full bed, standing desk, chair, carpet, East facing window with lots of light, curtains and a closet with two mirrored doors).

Rent is $1350 and utilities will add around $100/month.

My start and end dates are flexible in November and January. My roommates are 2 friendly and clean guys in their 30s (each with their own bedroom and bathroom). They are respectful and fun to talk to if you want to hang out, but will also let you do your thing.

We currently have no pets living here but are okay with pets pending discussion with my roommates who are easy going.

A favorite aspect of living here is that we are super close to the LA river which is great for walking and birdwatching. I love living in this neighborhood!

I'm the current tenant, I'm a musician and a freelance digital designer and marketer who works from home. I'm leaving to work on an album. I love cooking here (the kitchen is kept clean) and practicing by the big window in our multipurpose space. My roommates are great, I've become good friends with both of them since moving in with them. We are all pretty busy so we don't overlap in the home a lot but it's pleasant when we do.
