This 630 square foot apartment was the perfect size for me and my dog! It has it's own private entrance and great neighbors. The gate to get into the complex is also perfect for receiving deliveries.

It's a really unique set up, with three floors and one bedroom on each floor. There's a basement with storage and private washer and dryer.

The small complex is within walking distance to the heart of Nolib! It's also a mile or so away from Temple.

I have no complaints - I had no problems in the 15 months that I lived here. I am simply relocating out of commuting distance from philly. I am looking for someone to takeover my lease until May 1st.
