We have a private room available in our spacious Miracle Mile apartment starting on December 1st! The unit is the bottom floor of a duplex and shared with two quiet, professional men in their 30s. It features a large kitchen, dining room, and family room; central air, in-unit washer and dryer, and easy parking.

The room faces the backyard and has an attached bathroom that is shared with one of the housemates. The room can include a TV, bed, and two night tables, but this furniture can also be removed ahead of move-in.

The unit is on a quiet street mere blocks from LACMA and the Academy Museum and a short walk to The Grove. It's in the heart of Los Angeles with easy access to main thoroughfares and a quick drive to the 10 Freeway.

We're looking for a quiet professional to stay for 6-12 months with a possibility for longer - the $1400 monthly rent does not include utilities, which are typically less than $200/month.
