Building: beautiful renovated pre-war mansion apt is a 3rd floor walk up / laundry in building (washer is free, dryer is $1) / bike storage possible in basement / packages are delivered inside, office usually signs for them for you if you're not home / never really hear neighbors and have never had noise complaints about me
