This is a 3-bedroom/1-bathroom on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building. The room available is the middle sized bedroom, with plenty of closet space.

Before we moved in last year the apartment was fully renovated, and features new appliances including washer/dryer in-unit as well as a dishwasher. The kitchen is pretty large for a New York apartment, and the shared living area is comfortable as well.

We have private roof access one flight above the apartment.

The apartment is centrally located on 31st Ave in Astoria, a short walk to the M/R station at 46 St which gets you into Manhattan in under 30 minutes. Easy access to the restaurants and bars along Broadway and 30th Ave. Our block is generally pretty quiet, and you'll see lots of families and kids as there are several schools located nearby. Key Food and CVS are both within walking distance, and street parking is very doable in our neighborhood if you own a car.

Rent is $1210 a month and includes heat and water. Utilities (electricity and cooking gas) and internet are split between the tenants (us), and usually come out to around $50 a person.

There are two other roommates, one man in his mid 20s and one woman in her early 30s. They keep the apartment clean, so someone neat is preferred. They enjoy socializing with roommates, but also appreciate privacy.
