There is plenty of closet space and your floor has it's own central air/heating unit. Rent includes shared utilities, television, internet. Onsite laundry is available for limited use. You have access to the living room/kitchen floor loft upstairs plus the rooftop. I have my personal floor above the kitchen floor. This place is big, so you can find plenty of private space.
