Penthouse duplex 3 bed/1.5 bath unit with private roof deck, one-stop from Manhattan!

The 1st floor has the main living space (about 900 sqft) and a bedroom, the 2nd floor has two bedrooms, the half bath, and roof deck access. All bedrooms are the same size, roughly 90 sqft. You'll be taking over one of the rooms on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is fully furnished and comes with central A/C and a dishwasher. The room itself can come furnished with everything you see in the pictures, including a full bed, a standing desk and office chair. Utilities are not included, and it comes around to 100 - 150 per person on average.

The building has everything you would need, including an elevator, laundry, gym, a game room, bike storage, and package room.

The space is centrally located near all major subway lines - High St, York St, Jay St MetroTech and Dekalb Ave are all within a 10 minute walk. If you're a Citibike fiend like myself, you can pick up a bike from across the apartment and zoom to FiDI or Chinatown in 10 minutes or less.

We’re looking for people who are mature, calm, tidy, and respectful, and who don't bring the party home, since we like to keep the vibes of the apartment as a place to recharge/rest! We both usually have things going on, but we're also open to hang out together when schedules align!
