Located on Metropolitan Ave, central to everything in Williamsburg and a short walk to McCarren Park. Can be a little noisy during rush hour times, but not at night. A few blocks from L & G train, with anything you need all around. Truly an impeccable location.

About This Lister
I love community and I'm so grateful to have this space to share with you. I spent most of my 20's and early 30's working in restaurants so I can travel the world. Now my beautiful dog child, Freya and I keep it very local and we love that too. We spend a little time upstate with family and nature when we can. I will share all my favorite places there as well as Williamsburg, and will invite you to fun pop ups I host in the community space. Ask my anything!

I manage the entire building including the community space downstairs, which you will have access to!
Rental requirements
1/2 month security deposit + full month rent, all utilities included. Extra $500 deposit if bringing a dog. Ideal for someone in-between living situations, but open to potentially staying longer. Photo ID and interview required.
Pets Policy
Open to dogs if they are house broken and well trained, friendly with other dogs. (+$500 security deposit) NO CATS or any other pets.
